日本のビジネス・政策・文化環境に対する理解を深めることを目的とし、大学や専門機関向けに複数日間の構造化されたスタディプログラムを設計しています。

昨年は、米国サウスイースト・ミズーリ州立大学向けにカスタマイズ型プログラムを設計し、以下の対話設計を行いました。

• 世界的玩具メーカー幹部との企業戦略対話

• 日本の基幹エネルギー企業幹部とのエネルギー転換政策に関する議論

• グローバル配信事業に関わる元エンタテインメント幹部とのIP戦略対話

• 原子力関連政策に携わった元政府系機関幹部との政策議論

忍術レジデンシープログラム（伊賀・三重

三重県伊賀市にて、伝統的な忍術道場と連携し、専門的な合宿型レジデンシープログラムへのアクセス設計を行っています。

本プログラムは武術指導にとどまらず、農作業・山林活動・自然との共生といった実践を通じ、歴史的忍者思想に根差した生活哲学を体験するものです。

当社は道場の運営を行うものではなく、文化資産としての環境への責任あるアクセス設計を担っています。

We design multi-day, structured study programs for academic institutions and professional groups seeking direct exposure to Japan’s business, policy, and cultural ecosystems.

A recent engagement with Southeast Missouri State University included curated sessions with:

• Senior executives from a leading global toy manufacturer

• Executive leadership from Japan’s flagship energy corporation, addressing energy transition strategy

• A former entertainment executive currently active in global streaming content strategy

• A former senior official from Japan’s nuclear waste management authority

Each program is designed to provide institutional-level dialogue beyond standard site visits.

Immersive Ninja Residency - Iga city, Mie

In Iga, Mie Prefecture—historically recognized as a ninja region—we facilitate structured training residencies at a traditional dojo led by Dr. Gen’ichi Mitsuhashi, a master of classical ninja disciplines.

Beyond martial training, the residency centers on environmental self-sufficiency and harmony with nature. Participants engage not only in physical discipline but also in agricultural practice, forestry, and place-based living principles rooted in historical ninja philosophy.

We design curated access to this rare cultural environment while respecting the autonomy of the dojo and its traditions.
